Career Opportunity with Dynasafe - Marketing Lead

Reports to:

Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales Manager in developing marketing plan and budget
  • Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of “emailers”, website content, and other promotional materials
  • Organize and plan the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, and other involved parties
  • Cooperate with the Sales Manager in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals
  • Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities
  • Conduct marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote brand awareness among our target market
  • Maintain the CRM (Zoho)
  • Consistency
  • Accuracy
  • Explore additional features that will benefit the sales process, i.e., campaigns
  • Maintain distributor contracts (up-to-date financial form for new distributors)oCooperates with Area Sales to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Track customer satisfaction (working on a survey)
  • Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements
  • Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
  • Review “Beta.gov”, MERX daily for North American opportunitiesoNATO, UN, or other for foreign opportunities

  • Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:  The primary work environment is an office environment. However, work can also be performed at sub supplier or customer facilities.  Position requires employee to effectively use a computer at a work station for extended periods of time and to accommodate potentially frequent interruptions.

Schedule:  Dynasafe business hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our standard work hours may vary based upon contract requirements. Additional hours may be required during peak times, requiring an adjusted work schedule and evening/weekend hours to meet deadlines.
