Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• Provide support for spare parts, maintenance, and service requests
• Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and update CRM system (Zoho) with customer and order information
• Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve customer concerns quickly
• Escalate technical issues when needed and follow through to resolution
• Keep clear records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

Competitive Salary:

$17–$19 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred (technical environment is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems preferred (Zoho a plus)

Sales Administrative Assistant (SAA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
• Prepare and review quotes, invoices, and basic contracts
• Track orders from quote through completion
• Help put together proposals (RFP, RFQ, RFI responses)
• Maintain accurate data in our CRM system (Zoho)
• Keep sales records, reports, and trackers up to date
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep work moving
• Monitor shared inboxes and route requests appropriately
• Assist with scheduling, calendars, and general office support

Position: Full-time

Position Overview:  Dynasafe US is currently exploring potential additions to our engineering team in Talladega, Alabama. While we do not have a formal opening in Talladega at this time, we are actively seeking high-quality engineering professionals across disciplines.  We welcome both entry-level and experienced engineers, particularly those with backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, systems, or automation engineering. Experience with Siemens systems (TIA Portal) is a plus, especially for roles related to automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the design, development, and implementation of Dynasafe technologies and systems.
• Leading or assisting with mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering projects.
• Participating in testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and validation efforts.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including CAD drawings and manuals.
• Collaborating across production, procurement, and project teams to meet engineering goals.
• Driving continuous improvement and contributing to research and innovation efforts.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
• Open to both early-career and experienced engineers.
• Familiarity with Siemens automation tools (TIA Portal) is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Must hold a valid passport (or be eligible to obtain one).
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel occasionally – domestically and internationally – sometimes on short notice.

Compensation (if hired):

• $65,000 – $130,000/year, depending on education, experience, and discipline
