The acquisition deal, which was finalized on July 13th, 2023, marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth and will further strengthen its position in the market.

Charlie Diggs has been with Dynasafe for nine years and has been CEO for the last four years. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of demilitarization. In 2021, Charlie Diggs became the minority owner with 49% of the shares. With this acquisition, he becomes the 100% owner of Dynasafe.
